Care Packages for Amanda Hope / 2024

Following the March campaign and fundraiser for Amanda Hope, the DRS and the LGE Design Build team collaborated to bring joy to underprivileged children's lives. Together, volunteers packed 20 packages and wrote custom, encouraging, and uplifting letters to the remarkable young souls of Amanda Hope.

Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing comfort and encouragement to children battling cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. Through their innovative programs and unwavering support, they strive to spread hope and positivity to families facing unimaginable challenges.

Each care package was specially crafted with party supplies to help the children celebrate overcoming their challenges. Each box included a cake mix, balloons, confetti, and other essentials for throwing an exciting party. 

Along with the party essentials the team each wrote letters of encouragement. These letters included amazing words of affirmation in hopes of lifting the spirits of the children who have overcome their battle or are in the midst of it.
